1. No Returns Policy
We do not accept returns under any circumstances, except in cases where the product is received in a damaged condition.
Reasons not accepted for return:

Slight design/color/size differences due to lighting or display

Delays in delivery caused by courier or customer unavailability

Improper usage, handling, or wear and tear
2. Damaged Product Policy
In the rare case that you receive a damaged item, you are eligible for an exchange or refund, provided that:
Eligibility Conditions:

You must share a clear 360° unboxing video without cuts or edits.

The video must be taken while opening the parcel to show damage clearly.

The video must be submitted to our WhatsApp support within 24 hours of delivery.
If the video does not meet these conditions, the exchange/refund will be rejected.
3. Refund Process
Refunds are processed only if:

The damage is verified through the video evidence

An exchange is not possible due to stock unavailability
Refund Terms:

Refunds will be made to the original payment method only.

It may take 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account after approval.

COD advance payments are refundable only under verified damage claims.
4. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds are not applicable in the following scenarios:

No unboxing video or incomplete video proof

Complaint submitted after 24 hours of delivery

Product damaged due to mishandling after delivery

Fake claims or misuse of policy

Damage caused by the customer after receiving the product

Delays or issues from courier services

Loss due to incorrect address provided by the customer
