1. General Terms

These terms apply to all orders and communications via WhatsApp, social media, and other sales channels.

We reserve the right to update or change these terms without prior notice.
2. Product & Order Information

Product visuals and descriptions are provided for reference only. Slight color or design variation may occur and is not considered a defect.

Availability of products is subject to stock. Orders may be canceled or delayed if a product is out of stock.
3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR).

Accepted payment methods: UPI, Bank Transfer, and Cash on Delivery (COD) (terms apply).

COD orders require an advance payment of ₹200. Orders without this advance will be auto-cancelled.

Orders above ₹5,000 must be fully prepaid.
4. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days after confirmation.

Delivery takes 4–7 business days depending on your location.

Once dispatched, courier tracking (if available) will be shared.

We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by courier issues or unforeseen events.
5. Exchange Policy

Exchange is available only for damaged items, supported by:

A 360° unboxing video, recorded without interruption

Submission of the video within 24 hours of delivery

Exchanges are not accepted for:

Minor color/size/design differences

Buyer’s change of mind

Delay caused by customer non-availability

6. Return & Refund Policy

No returns or refunds unless the item received is damaged and verified through our exchange process.

Refunds for verified cases will be processed after receiving the product in original condition.
7. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are accepted before dispatch only.

Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled.

Frequent COD rejections or misuse may lead to blacklisting from future COD orders.
8. Customer Behavior Policy

Customers engaging in abusive, fraudulent, or manipulative behavior will be permanently banned.

Fake complaints, false reviews, or policy misuse may lead to legal action.
9. Limitation of Liability

Any indirect or incidental damages

Loss or damage after product delivery

Delays beyond our control (e.g., courier delays, natural events)
10. Legal Jurisdiction
All transactions and disputes are governed by Indian law. The jurisdiction for any legal matters shall be Hyderabad, Telangana.
