1. COD Availability

  • COD is available for select pin codes across India.

2. COD Order Limit

  • COD is applicable for orders up to ₹5,000 only.

  • Orders above this limit require full prepaid payment.

3. Advance Payment Requirement

  • All COD orders require an advance payment of ₹200 to confirm the booking.

  • The remaining balance is payable in cash at the time of delivery.

  • The advance amount is non-refundable in case of order rejection after confirmation.

4. Order Confirmation Process

  • COD orders will be confirmed only after:

    • Receipt of advance payment, and

    • Confirmation via call or WhatsApp.

  • Orders not confirmed within 24 hours will be automatically cancelled.

5. Order Rejection Policy

  • Rejection of a confirmed COD order may result in blacklisting from future COD purchases.

  • Consistent refusal of COD orders without valid reason will result in a permanent ban from COD option.

6. Delivery Terms

  • COD orders are not eligible for open delivery.

  • Please do not accept packages if they appear damaged or tampered—record a video and contact us immediately.
