1. COD Availability
COD is available for select pin codes across India.

2. COD Order Limit
COD is applicable for orders up to ₹5,000 only.
Orders above this limit require full prepaid payment.
3. Advance Payment Requirement
All COD orders require an advance payment of ₹200 to confirm the booking.
The remaining balance is payable in cash at the time of delivery.
The advance amount is non-refundable in case of order rejection after confirmation.
4. Order Confirmation Process
COD orders will be confirmed only after:
Receipt of advance payment, and
Confirmation via call or WhatsApp.
Orders not confirmed within 24 hours will be automatically cancelled.
5. Order Rejection Policy
Rejection of a confirmed COD order may result in blacklisting from future COD purchases.
Consistent refusal of COD orders without valid reason will result in a permanent ban from COD option.
6. Delivery Terms
COD orders are not eligible for open delivery.
Please do not accept packages if they appear damaged or tampered—record a video and contact us immediately.
